50 Hudson Yards – Adamson Associates

REVIT  BIM MODELING/ SD, DD, CD DRAWINGS

TOTAL BUILDING AREA: 2.9 MILLION GROSS SQ FT.

50 Hudson Yards is a new large scale 58 story high rise tower within the New York City Hudson Yards Master Plan. The building will be New York City’s fourth largest tower and the headquarters of the investment firm Black Rock. The project is on a fast-track schedule with different portions of the building at varying stages of the design phase. I was responsible for developingseveral bid packages at the foundation levels, the landscape grading, and the exterior envelope.

I worked within a large twenty two person team and closely with the client to ensure that the different packages conformed to all the requirements of the various govermental agencies, were coordinated among the consultants, and that details met technical, waterproofing, and building code requirements.
