I have been extensively involved in the construction monitoring
and administration of these three large scale residential projects
located in Long Island City and in lower Manhattan’s
Financial District. As a supplementary inspector, I provided
daily reports and coordinated with the site project managers
and project engineers to ensure that deviations were properly
addressed, recorded, and mitigated throughout the duration
of construction.
I primarily ensured that panels were assembled appropriately
once they arrived on site and that installation of panels were
in accordance with the shop drawings and approved installation
procedures observed during the visual and performance
mock-ups.
